Should've trusted my gut feeling after reading the Tripadvisor reviews for this property. Absolutely terrible. We are diamond members, we stay at many Hilton properties. This was one of the worst! Room was dirty, no toilet paper, pieces of old toilet paper scattered on the floor around the toilet, hair on the floor. Just a fiasco trying to find decent pillows. We will never stay here again,

The absolute lousiest experience ever had with a "Hampton Hotel" and one that is associated with the Hilton Corporation!!!! The Hilton Corporation Rewards Client Division will definitely be appraised of this experience and the incompetency associated with their name brand!!!!!!!

I was expecting a wonderful ending to a perfect evening with friends, only to be highly disappointed. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The couch and pillow looked so dirty I wouldn't sit in it. The bathroom has much to be desired. 2 skimpy cheap towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. There was one of each toiletries which were barely enough for one person. I couldn't shower if I wanted to. Given my experience I feel I stayed at a Motel 6 vs a Hilton property.

The bed was comfortable, no problems there. The room was very outdated. The carpet was full of fuzz as if it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. The soap dish in the shower was broken as the toilet paper holder. The bathroom floor was very sticky. I decided to shower with shower shoes since the tub was disgusting. I also saw a house centipede like 2” long in the bathroom. That was a horrible site since they live where insects are. I would not recommend this hotel if you don’t have to stay there. The breakfast was very good! Kudos to the chef!!!

Im a Hilton Diamond member so in hotels a lot. Been staying here for 8 consecutive nights every August for the past 20yrs. A steady decline for sure but the WORST is when you are stuck in the back near the highest. Forget about sleep…..the noise from traffic is crazy!
